Shipping

We ship worldwide and provide a shipping quote individually, dependent on the purchased product and destination.

Selected decor objects and jewelry we ship free of charge.

In stock items are dispatched 2-3 working days after receiving the payment.

If the item was not in stock but made to order you will be notified of its delivery date via email.

We send items over reliable shipping companies (DHL, GLS, FedEx) dependent on the purchased product and destination. Please note, customs clearance and extra fees associated are not included in the shipping cost.

 

Returns

You are entitled to return products within 14 days from purchase.

All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received with original packaging.

To return a product please send it back to the following address: Médecine, Nina Makelberge, Cechova 5, 170 00, Prague, Czech Republic and inform us by email at info@medecine.studio.

Médecine do not stand for the cost of return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable service as Médecine will not accept responsibility for items lost or damage during the return process.

You may also personally return the product to the above address. Please inform us in advance.

For objects and furniture made to order we do not accept returns.
