We ship worldwide and provide a shipping quote individually, dependent on the purchased product and destination.

Rugs and selected decor objects we ship free within the EU.

In stock items are dispatched 2-3 working days after receiving the payment. 

If the item was not in stock but made to order you will be notified of its delivery date via email.

We send items over reliable shipping companies (DHL, GLS, FedEx) dependent on the purchased product and destination. Please note, customs clearance and extra fees associated are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns

You are entitled to return products within 14 days from purchase. If you’d like to return an item please send it back to us to the following address: Médecine, Nina Makelberge, Cechova 5, 170 00, Prague, Czech Republic and inform us by email at info@medecine.studio.You are welcome to exchange it for something else or choose to get your money back. The only condition for returns is that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Médecine do not stand for the cost of return shipping costs. You may also personally return the product to the above address. Please inform us in advance.

For objects and furniture made to order we do not accept returns.
