1. I’ve just received my order, but I’ve had a change of heart - can I return the item?
You are entitled to return products within 14 days from purchase. If you’d like to return an item please send it back to us to the following address: Médecine, Cechova 224/5, Prague 7, 170 00, Czech Republic and inform us by email at email@example.com.You are welcome to change it for something else or choose to get your money back. The only condition for returns is that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Médecine do not stand for the cost of return shipping cost. You may also personally return the product to the above address. Please inform us in advance.
Objects and furniture made to order or from our antiques/vintage collection and paintings and artworks are sold “as is” and we do not accept returns.
2. May I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges within 21 days from purchase. The only condition for exchange is that the item is in its unused, original condition. Médecine do not stand for the cost of exchange shipping cost. If you would like to exchange an item please inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or in person at Cechova 5, Prague.

3. What if the product I fell in love with got sold out? Will you have it back in stock?
If the product is still visible on the web gallery but out of stock, you can inquire about it’s restocking or order directly via email at email@example.com
An exception to this are the objects and furniture from our antiques and vintage collection. These objects are original one-of-a-kind pieces. Once sold they are no longer available. However, if you fell in love with a certain piece, do let us know, not all of our inventory is shown on the web gallery and we come across unique and beautiful objects and furniture all the time and would love to help you find your special piece.
4. What is the warranty and returns/exchange policy for antiques and vintage goods?
Unique vintage finds and antiques are not newly manufactured products, thus they do not come with a warranty and are sold “as is”.
5. May I view the item?
Yes, most items are on view at our studio please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.
6. Can I reserve an item?
Should you require additional time to consider an item, you are welcome to request a hold on an item for an agreed period of time. Should you wish to place a reservation please call or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
7. Can I first view an item in my home before purchasing?
Sometimes the only way to truly grasp whether you wish to purchase an item is to try it in your home amongst your own items and architecture. If you wish to try an item in your space please contact us and we can assist with arranging delivery and pick up. In all cases the buyer is responsible for safe delivery of the item and its associated transport costs.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world via a network of experienced transport companies who provide safe and cost effective delivery. The shipping and handling costs will be calculated based on objects' size and destination.
