Midcentury Plaster Relief

Whimsical relief sculpture depicting a nude female figure in a tropical garden. Made in 1944 by Bo Fjaestad the esteemed Swedish architect and furniture designer who devoted himself to sculpture and painting as well. The piece is signed and dated and in its original deep-set wooden frame.
